Connection request procedure TSOs and DSOs must publish detailed information on available grid capacity for new connections, especially in areas where capacity is limited or unavailable. This includes spatially granular updates, typically monthly, to inform applicants and support transparency. If a connection request is neither granted nor rejected, the operator must regularly update the applicant on the status and potential for flexible connection.
