As electricity markets become more digitalised and interconnected, the need for harmonised data exchange processes across Member States has become increasingly important.

By developing common technical frameworks and implementation guide, TF3 (TF DIM) having ENTSO-E and EU DSO Entity expertscontributes to reducing fragmentation, enabling interoperability between systems, and facilitating key market processes such as Customer switching and access to validated metering and consumption data. This work ultimately supports greater competition, empowers consumers, and helps ensure the smooth functioning of cross-border electricity markets.
